Refurbishment of the former AB Automotive factory, Cardiff. The existing open plan portal frame building with some offices spaces needed complete reorganisation and upgrading to meet both modern regulatory standards and unique client requirements. Complete redesign of the front elevation has provided a modern aesthetic, whilst the internal design and specification has given the end user tailored spaces suitable for their specialised function.
